RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

İADE VE İPTAL KOŞULLARI

1. NO GENERAL RIGHT OF RETURN / CAYMA HAKKI BULUNMAMAKTADIR

  • EN: Since this is a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale platform, we do not accept returns for “change of mind” or “unsold stock.” All sales are final.

  • TR: Bu bir B2B (Toptan) satış platformu olduğundan, “vazgeçme” veya “satılamayan ürün” gibi nedenlerle iade kabul edilmemektedir. Tüm satışlar nihaidir.

2. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS / AYIPLI VE HASARLI ÜRÜNLER

  • EN: Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects. The BUYER must inspect the goods upon delivery.

  • TR: İadeler yalnızca üretim hataları (defolu ürünler) için kabul edilir. ALICI, ürünleri teslim aldığında muayene etmekle yükümlüdür.

  • EN: Any defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt via email (info@wholesale.hepdolu.com) or WhatsApp, including clear photos of the defect and the package.

  • TR: Her türlü ayıp bildirimi, teslimattan sonraki 48 saat içinde fotoğraf kanıtları ile birlikte e-posta veya WhatsApp üzerinden yazılı olarak yapılmalıdır.

3. RETURN PROCESS / İADE SÜRECİ

  • EN: Once a return is authorized by the SELLER, the goods must be shipped back in their original packaging and series (asorti) as a whole.

  • TR: İade, SATICI tarafından onaylandıktan sonra ürünler orijinal ambalajında ve asorti serisi bozulmadan (paket halinde) geri gönderilmelidir.

  • EN: Return shipping costs for confirmed manufacturing defects will be covered by the SELLER. For all other situations, costs belong to the BUYER.

  • TR: Onaylanmış üretim hatalarında iade kargo ücreti SATICI‘ya aittir. Diğer tüm durumlarda masraflar ALICI’ya aittir.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION / SİPARİŞ İPTALİ

  • EN: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order is handed over to the cargo agency or your private cargo provider (Ambar), cancellation is not possible.

  • TR: Siparişler kargoya verilmeden önce iptal edilebilir. Ürünler kargo firmasına veya ambarınıza teslim edildikten sonra iptal işlemi yapılamaz.

5. REFUNDS / GERİ ÖDEMELER

  • EN: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method (Credit Card or Bank Transfer).

  • TR: Onaylanan iadelerin geri ödemesi, 14 iş günü içerisinde orijinal ödeme yöntemi (Kredi Kartı veya Banka Havalesi) ile yapılır.
