What payment methods do you accept for wholesale orders?

• Credit & Debit Cards: You can pay safely online using your credit or debit card. All transactions are processed securely via the world-renowned iyzico infrastructure, supporting all major international networks including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

• SWIFT / International Bank Transfer: For large bulk orders, we accept direct international wire transfers (SWIFT) into our company bank account. Your order will be processed immediately once the transaction is confirmed.

• Bank Transfer / EFT (Domestic): For local buyers or clients operating through Turkish bank accounts, we accept standard Bank Transfer or EFT payments.

Note: All prices and transactions on our platform are processed in USD ($).

How to proceed: If you prefer to pay via SWIFT or Domestic Bank Transfer, simply select the “Bank Transfer” option at checkout to view our official bank details, or contact our support team to receive an official proforma invoice.

We offer flexible shipping options from our Istanbul hub. For small to medium orders, we ship via DHL, UPS, or FedEx. For high-volume orders, we can arrange Ambar (International Trucking/Lojistik) or work with your preferred freight forwarder to provide more cost-effective solutions. Shipping costs are calculated based on volume and destination. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Our Contracted Carriers: For secure and efficient delivery, we officially partner with DHL Express (for fast international shipping) and Sürat Kargo (for reliable regional/domestic delivery). We are also expanding our network to include contracted domestic freight forwarders (Ambar) very soon to offer even more budget-friendly bulk shipping rates.

• Your Preferred Cargo Agency / Forwarder: If you already have an agreement with a specific cargo agency, consolidator, or freight forwarder in Istanbul—especially within major commercial hubs like Laleli, Merter, or Zeytinburnu—we can deliver your cargo directly to their warehouse free of charge.

• Customer-Arranged Shipping: You are completely free to use your own contracted cargo account or specify any transport company (Ambar/Forwarder) of your choice.

How to proceed: Simply provide your logistics partner’s details, warehouse address, and your personal customer/buyer code during checkout or contact our support team immediately after placing your order. We are happy to coordinate with your preferred partner to ensure a smooth and seamless logistics process.
