1. General
Welcome to Hepdolu Wholesale. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms govern the sale of goods by Hepdolu to you (“the Customer”) for business purposes.

2. Wholesale Orders & Minimums
All products on this platform are intended for business use. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) and series/assortment requirements may apply to certain products. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Payment Terms
We accept various payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards, Stripe, and PayPal. For Wholesale orders, full payment or a confirmed deposit is required before the shipment process begins.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship globally from our logistics center in Istanbul, Turkey. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Hepdolu is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

5. Return & Exchange Policy
Since these are wholesale orders, returns are only accepted for defective items or shipping errors. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within 7 business days. Products must be in their original packaging and condition.

6. Limitation of Liability
Hepdolu shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the goods.
